If your foundry or automotive production department needs to handle large volumes of castings and components with low operating costs, Tosca's rubber and steel belt shot blasting machines are designed specifically for this: automated batch loading, high productivity, and optimised abrasive consumption thanks to the continuous recovery and recycling system.

Available in rubber or steel versions depending on the part to be treated, they handle both small precision production runs and loads of over 2500 kg.

Which version to choose?

Rubber belt (TG type): ideal for aluminium die castings, small metal parts, heat-treated parts, cast iron and brass-aluminium castings. Available in 4°R version, with extra roller and shaker, for treating fasteners.

Metal belt (TM type): designed for heat-treated parts, cast iron and brass castings, suitable for parts with significant burrs or particularly heavy. The ST2 version, with double magnetic drum, is also suitable for de-sanding.
