This type of processing involves shot blasting of concrete or natural stone tiles to give roughness and specific aesthetic effects such as hammering, satin and antique finishing, to obtain a finished product. Materials are moved by means of a horizontal belt conveyor. The centrifugal projection (without compressed air) of spherical steel shots provides the processed product with the desired effect.
In our shot blasting machines, conveyor feed speed and shot projection speed can vary according to the desired hammering effect and the hardness of the surfaces to treat.
