Continuous drum shotblasting machines

Continuous drum shot blasting machines are particularly suitable for treating cast or hot-forged items of small dimensions (brass, plumbing fixtures and fittings) or die-cast aluminium.

In particular drum shot blasting machines are advantageous when treating delicare parts (e.g., die-castings with fins), which could be marked or deformed if loaded randomly into a traditional conveyor belt shot blasting machine.

THE WHOLE CYCLE IS COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC

• Loading (slatted elevator or container lifter-tipper)
• Advancement in the blasting zone (special conveyor belt with rubber slats)
• Emptying of shot (rubberised drum)
• Exit of treated pieces (rubberised exit-chute)
